EU WFS is looking for a highly motivated and flexible Change Program Manager to drive change excellence within WFS, enabling support of Amazon's first, middle and last mile Logistics. This Change Program Manager is responsible for creation of program plans, delivery of change initiatives, and driving implementation across teams.

This role can be based from an operations or corporate location in the UK, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Poland or Luxembourg.

Key job responsibilities
- Enable complex and ambiguous change initiatives, delivering communications strategies to drive multi-faceted stakeholder engagement
- Develop project governance plans, project schedules, success criteria, and project milestones
- Communicate ideas effectively, verbally and in writing, to a wide range of audiences, reinforcing WFS as a credible business partner. Foster constructive dialogue, harmonize discordant views, provide tailored recommendations and lead the resolution of contentious issues (build consensus). Partner successfully with both EU and WW program stakeholders
- Independently identify down-stream problems (i.e., resource unavailability, conflicting priorities etc.) and escalate them, before they become large-scale risk
- Understand inter dependencies of programs (e.g., workflows, customer requirements, process limitations, legal or compliance requirements, program support, etc.).
- Participate in cross-functional reviews in order to share best practices and lessons learned
- Participate in collaboration for short term solve, until medium/long term solve is implemented.
