DESCRIPTION

Amazon is seeking a talented, experienced, and retail-oriented Visual Designer to generate industry leading brand and design experiences for innovative and effective marketing to drive traffic, awareness, and engagement.

The ideal candidate has a strong graphic design background in digital with a passion for and knowledge of contemporary retail and editorial design. With the proven ability to motivate through vision and a desire to inspire and collaborate with a passionate team. As a designer, you have strong organizational skills, intrinsic design ability, typographic skills, and acute attention to detail. You're driven to tell brand stories that connect with customers across a variety of industries. You will play a significant role in engaging customers and creating a best-in-class customer experience via social media, mobile, digital landing page design, email and digital marketing initiatives.


Key job responsibilities
• Work from creative briefs alongside design directors, marketing, and project management to develop executions for web, digital, and offline marketing activities.
• Create best in class digital landing pages, digital media drivers and visuals that support and reinforce business objectives while partnering with business/marketing teams to ensure that designs meet brand and business needs.
• Collaborate closely with internal creative, copy, merchandising and marketing leads, as well as external vendors, to oversee the production process, guaranteeing the quality and excellence of unique customer-focused content.
• Identify opportunities to incorporate emerging marketing/branding trends and design innovations into creative and marketing strategies.
• Present concepts and produced work to stakeholders and internal customers, including senior management, in person and via video/phone.
