What we do:
Our team drives personalized experiences by leveraging state-of-the-art machine learning techniques to ensure customers receive the right recommendations at the right time. We own and develop the core recommendation and personalization features that power various Amazon-owned businesses. By employing advanced A/B testing, we experiment with and fine-tune our solutions on some of the most prominent and high-traffic pages within Amazon’s ecosystem. Our work spans real-time, low-latency recommendation systems, customer behavior analysis, and the creation of dynamic content, all designed to elevate the customer experience.

What you’ll do:
As a valued member of our team, you’ll work alongside industry thought leaders who are not only pioneers in the personalization space but also patent-holders within Amazon. You’ll contribute to building scalable, high-impact solutions in a collaborative environment where your ideas and expertise will directly influence the experiences of millions of customers across multiple websites.
