DESCRIPTION

The Advertising Trust (AT) organization is at the center of Amazon Ads, one of Amazon’s fastest growing businesses. Every ad that flows through our Amazon systems, or is presented on one of our owned and operated sites, needs to adhere to the policies that AT creates.

We are looking for a product leader who can think big, deal with ambiguity and innovate on behalf of our customers. This product leader should have a successful track record of leading product initiatives from concept to successful launch. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with high levels of customer obsession, strong technical judgement, demonstrated ability to build scalable processes and products, and is an independent operator, skilled on working cross-teams to deliver on behalf of customers. Experience in digital advertising is preferred

As a Sr. Product Manager Technical, you’ll have an end-to-end ownership of the product(s), design, and technology required to ensure our end customers have a safe and compliant Amazon advertising experience.

Key job responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of a bold customer-focused defect reduction product strategy and vision
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, science, policy, operations, and business stakeholders, to define and execute a product roadmap
- Work back from our customers by learning from their feedback, behavioral measurements, and other data sources to identify pain points and ensure we are building the right features over time.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze metrics to measure the impact of potential defective ad experiences, identify areas for improvement, and drive continuous optimization.
- Communicate effectively with partners and senior leadership, including both technical and non-technical audiences, to present new product ideation, product strategies, progress updates, and business recommendations to drive alignment and create a buy-in for defect reduction initiatives.
- Develop detailed, crisp business requirements and user stories that can be used to create product specifications and architecture
- Proactively identify and resolve issues that may impair the team’s ability to meet strategic and technical goals
