DESCRIPTION

It is Day 1 for Amazon Health and we need a Finance Manager to shape the strategy for this high-growth investment area. This role will be the FP&A leader for the One Medical Telehealth business providing strategic guidance and financial process ownership in a high growth and rapidly evolving business.



Key job responsibilities
- Lead the One Medical Telehealth Finance and leadership teams through all financial planning processes, such as month-end close, guidance, and long-range planning.
- Partner with broader Finance team to build a financial vision for a large, profitable, customer-focused telehealth service.
- Build and manage the reporting and forecasting of various KPIs to inform business performance, as well as financial risks and opportunities.
- Represent One Medical Telehealth Finance in forums with senior leaders across AHS, using a variety of communication skills (verbal, narrative, reporting, bridging, etc.).
- Work directly with management and internal stakeholders to provide financial controllership over revenue targets.
- Report on financial performance and provide VPs and Director level leadership with weekly, monthly, and annual financial reviews.
- Develop ad-hoc business analysis and present recommendations to senior management.
