Operations Technology Solutions (OTS) is seeking technical experts to join our team. We're looking for a customer focused, analytically and technically skilled Sr. Technical Program Manager (TPM) to innovate on behalf of customers, build effective solutions and deliver within OTS.

Key job responsibilities
You will utilize your deep expertise in business analysis, metrics, reporting, and analytic tools/languages like SQL, Excel, Tableau, PowerBI, and/or others to translate data into meaningful insights through collaboration software engineers and business analysts. This Sr TPM position requires a program management background and direct experience developing relevant data systems. You will create and drive high-level strategic initiatives, but will also roll up your sleeves and contribute directly. A TPM anticipates bottlenecks, uses great judgment to make trade-offs, and balances the business needs with technical and scientific constraints.

- Use technical expertise to suggest ways to improve processes and incorporate operational excellence best practices
- Use analytical and statistical rigor to answer business questions and drive business decisions
- Recognize and adopt best practices in reporting and analysis: data integrity, design, analysis, validation, and documentation
- Improve our customer environment by providing guidance in technical documentation / working papers

About the team
Our team oversees the planning and execution of large-scale, cross functional programs both software and hardware. We focus on driving alignment, managing dependencies, and ensuring successful delivery of projects across multiple product initiatives. Our core responsibilities include:

- Developing program plans, defining objectives, and establishing governance structure. We ensure alignment with business goals, manage risks, and track progress against milestones.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among different teams and stakeholders.
- Identify risks, assess their potential impact and develop mitigation strategies.
- Analyze and derive data insights through PA/BI and publish those insights to broader stakeholders throughout the program lifecycle.
