To achieve this goal, Amazon Logistics partners with a network of independent delivery businesses known as Delivery Service Partners (or DSPs) to deliver customer orders as quickly, accurately, and cost-effectively as possible. Utilizing continuous improvement initiatives and creative thinking, our team of Business Coaches (BCs) assist and guide DSP business owners as they build and grow their businesses, ensuring that millions of packages reach their destination through our Last Mile network.
We are hiring a Sr. Product Manager, LATAM, to join the DSP Business Health team. The Business Health team supports BCs by working backwards from DSP performance and strategy to identify and define critical DSP engagements, data, insights, and solutions. This person will deliver improved DSP products in LATAM through the creation of new products, expansion of existing products, reporting mechanisms, deep performance analysis, and cross-functional partnerships with existing product and program teams. What operational improvements can help DSPs operate more efficiently? What challenges do DSPs experience in these markets? How do we scale and customize current solutions to LATAM DSPs and Business Coaches? These are some of the questions this role will answer.

Provide reports, insights, and recommendations to leaders of DSP programs & products as well as overall Last Mile leadership to drive increased effectiveness for our DSP partners
Collaborate on decision-making, building trusting relationships centered on our DSPs and customers
Candidate should be flexible with hours and travel (approximately 15%-30% on average depending on business projects).
