To deliver on our mission to safely speed up the customer delivery promise, we are looking for a passionate, results-oriented and inventive Product Manager – Technical, who loves working in a dynamic, ambiguous, fast-paced environment in which managing multiple priorities is the norm.
As a Technical Product Manager, you will:
- Develop the product strategy and deliver detailed, clear business requirements that define the team's vision
- Build product roadmaps
- Define the daily product development schedule from design through release
- Own the product lifecycle
- Collaborate closely with global transportation, operations, products, data science, and software teams in an agile environment to launch new features
- Monitor project execution and report progress to stakeholders
- Ensure appropriate quality levels to maintain overall project integrity
Required Qualifications:
- Strong background in science-based (AI/ML) SaaS product development
- Excellent project management and communication skills
- Track record of timely delivery of projects
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
- Experience managing technical products or online services
- Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning
- Experience in using analytical tools, such as Tableau, Qlikview, QuickSight
- Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools
