ABOUT THIS ROLE
You'll help manage Audible's video and photography projects, including customer facing and internal videos while ensuring high-quality content within budget. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with teams to script and storyboard promotional marketing trailers for impactful messaging that aligns with the Audible brand. This role offers a unique chance to create compelling video content where creativity has no limit. With help in overseeing production, you'll make a difference by delivering engaging videos that enhance the Audible experience.

Our Content team focuses on creating incredible listening experiences. Whether producing audio in our state-of-the-art facilities at Audible Studios or managing editorials, our team is committed to delivering engaging, exciting, and enthralling stories every single time. Our in-house video team is made up of passionate individuals who are full of fresh ideas and innovative approaches that enable us to create and share a look into Audible titles through video and photography.
ABOUT YOU
If you're driven to excel, your strong attention to detail and writing skills will shine as an Associate Manager of Video Production at Audible. As a creative team player with innovative ideas, your interpersonal skills will help create compelling video content to promote our upcoming Audible Originals. As an Associate Manager, Video Production, you will…
- Collaborate with teams at Audible to pre-visualize and storyboard videos, creating meaningful story arcs and visually compelling content
- Find innovative solutions for shooting videos in a corporate setting with limited budgets and tight deadlines, maintaining high-quality results
- Independently produce videos for Audible's Marketing teams, handling shoots and editing with reviews at key stages
- Partner with various internal Audible teams, including HR, to create video and photography content
- Support audio/video needs for Audible events like All Hands meetings and guest speakers

- 2+ years experience in creating scripts and storyboards for video/film
- 2+ years experience in video production, including DSLR’s, 4k cameras, and software systems such as Premiere Pro and Resolve
- 2+ years experience in photography, including Canon DSLR’s
- Experience and knowledge of Adobe CC software such as Photoshop and Lightroom
- Experience with After Effects
- Motion graphics creation and development in After Effects
- Advanced photography skills ie taking and editing professional headshots
- Experience using a video gimbal
- B.A. in Communications/Media or a film related major is preferred but not required
