We seek a Sr. PM, Partnerships Manager who is able to apply their customer obsession and strategic partnerships acumen to solve challenges faced by Black-owned and small businesses. Your work will be anchored in enabling the success and sustainable growth for Black-owned businesses in Amazon's store.
The Partnerships Manager will be responsible for building new initiatives across Amazon's USBA’s impact areas that drive measurable value for the business and our Selling Partners. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, well-organized, highly collaborative, embraces ambiguity, and holds a high bar for the overall seller experience. This role requires you to think big and think strategically to deliver new ideas and creative initiatives to continuously enhance benefit offerings. The candidate must be able to confidently handle complex projects and provide guidance in situations of high ambiguity, must show good judgment, and continually improve their level of knowledge about Amazon's business and our intersection with underserved businesses.
Key job responsibilities
• Manage relationships with key strategic partners, both internally and externally
• Own execution, activation, and successful completion of partnership deliverables
• Influence and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive cross-functional alignment to achieve strategic objectives
• Manage program workflows, including creation of project plans, systems and operating models to drive partnership success
• Partner with BizDev lead and BA to ensure right mechanisms are in place for measurement, tracking (Glance Views, Units Sold, GMS), and ROI assessment
- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
- Experience in complex problem solving, and working in a tight schedule environment
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
- 5+ years of program or project management experience
- 5+ years of managing stakeholders in cross-functional project experience
- 5+ years of defining and executing against program timeline & requirements experience
- 5+ years of delivering cross functional projects experience
- Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field
- Ability to deal with ambiguity and influence without authority

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $104,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
