Do you have the ability to use data and customer research to develop marketing content and create scalable solutions that help Brands stand out to Customers and build brand equity?

The Brand Experience & Marketing team is looking for a Marketing Manager who will own and execute the marketing strategy to help Brand Owners adopt and implement implement brand-building strategies to grow their business.

This role requires a highly analytical mindset as well as curiosity to see out new possibilities. You should be strong at and attracted to the analytical and technical side of marketing, as well as to the creative and experimental side, consistently using one to inform the other. We are looking for someone who can create a set of successful channel strategies, roll out and analyze effective campaigns, and optimize performance over time, using a rapid test-and-learn approach to gather insights and apply learnings to additional lines of business/countries.

Key job responsibilities
You will be responsible for developing and implementing multi-channel strategies to promote brand-building products, services, and best-practices to help Brands become a selling success in the Amazon Store. This includes identifying target audiences, developing content and messaging, and defining and running tests, including A/B experiments, to inform optimization opportunities. As part of your role, you will be required to analyze metrics and provide actionable insights into performance, as well as making recommendations on marketing plans. In addition, you will be collaborating with WW partner teams to develop deep Brand, channel, messaging, and content insights, identifying new opportunities and driving scale.

About the team
The Brand Experience (BX) organization creates, builds and leads innovation for Brand Owners in the Amazon store. Our growing portfolio of BX tools enable brands to grow their brand awareness, improve their consideration, increase their conversion, and build brand loyalty. We have a broad mix of experience, tenures, and roles within our organization. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion
- Experience with A/B testing, especially around audience segmentation and targeting
- Experience using customer research, hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, generate forecasts, and assess the efficacy of marketing programs
- Experience managing and measuring marketing performance in various channels
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively across business and international teams
- Strong bias for action and sense of urgency; the ability to make things happen quickly
- A track record of teamwork and willingness to roll up sleeves to get the job done

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience utilizing systems and tools involving email, web, analytics, and CRM (Marketo, Tableau, Salesforce, etc.) for targeting, segmentation, reporting for demand generation
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Experience presenting ideas to various levels of an organization to gain support for initiatives

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $72,600/year in our lowest geographic market up to $155,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
