DESCRIPTION

The Worldwide Negotiations Training (WWNT) team’s mission is to develop best-in-class negotiators across the WW Stores Vendor Management (VM) community through bar-raising training and learning programs that enhance foundational and advanced negotiations skills. We are seeking a passionate Amazonian who can expand the scope of impact of our negotiations training and learning programs for VMs, primarily within NA Stores. The primary focus areas for this Product Manager will be a) developing a suite of negotiations simulation products and case studies that better support negotiations planning and execution, and b) redefining our strategy for assessing and augmenting knowledge and behavior across our VM negotiator community via new and existing learning solutions (eLearning and instructor-led), and c) integrating generative AI into our products and programs to improve productivity and effectiveness. When this PM is successful, WWNT has established a clear picture of negotiator competency across NA Stores, we are leveraging realistic simulations and case studies to improve absorption of key concepts, and category teams are facilitating valuable practice and learning engagements using our products and frameworks. Ultimately, this Product Manager will build incremental solutions on top of our existing onboarding and fundamentals programming that directly impact negotiator effectiveness, thereby improving negotiations outcomes in service of our Customers.

• Insist on the Highest Standards: Relentlessly drive adoption and sustainment of our programs by influencing leaders with compelling data and anecdotes gathered via the above

• Build Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) to articulate product development needs and secure required resources from tech teams
• Influence stakeholders and leaders to invest time in learning activities through effective story-telling with compelling data and anecdotes
• Hold business leaders accountable for their teams’ learning by creating reporting and accountability mechanisms that drive action
