In Person Verification is a function within RCO, responsible to perform video verification for new sellers registering on WW GREX platform and provide required seller support to enable optimum onboarding experience. At the same time, team needs to perform required verifications to prevent bad actors from onboarding on Amazon platform. The ideal candidate is a motivated self-starter that can work independently in a fast paced, ambiguous environment with limited supervision. The candidate must be a fast learner, who can quickly absorb the nuances of Amazon's varied sellers’ registration documents verification requirements. The candidate should demonstrate high analytical ability in decision making and excellent communication. o RCO focuses on building and maintaining selling partner trust, preventing multiple forms of seller and vendor abuse, and reinforcing customer trust in our store. We are looking for IPV Sr Associates who are technically competent, self-motivated individuals with the objective to deliver sustainable results that improve the customer experience. The position relies on excellent, high-level, judgment to identify trends and new vectors of abuse. Excellent individual problem-solving and analytical skills are critical for success in this role. Eligibility Criteria to apply: o Candidate has been working as an L3 Investigation Specialist or Associate for at least 12 months o Candidate has not been on a Coaching Plan and/or been issued with any Written Warnings within the past 12 months o Candidate has consistently met all L3 metrics for the past 4 quarters o Candidate has demonstrated the ability to begin solving complex investigations, escalations or verifications o Candidate embodies Amazon’s Leadership Principles and is a role model amongst their peers

Key job responsibilities
• Works on complex workflows (example: Seller Escalations) & drive required SLA.
• Participates in deep dives and seller escalations, interact with sellers, account managers/sales team, program/GPO teams to resolve escalations in a timely manner, analyses data through the use of data mining to drive decision of dive deep issues.
• Support pilot/launches with GPO team and drive on process improvement. Work or Lead initiatives on projects that design/ improve tools or processes by testing / or develops recommendations for management.
• Provide inputs to improve the quality for new batch hires and existing team.
• Executes on key team priorities and assists team members with execution.
• Supports new hires or focus group in the team to help them meet required performance standards.
• Communicates effectively both in verbal and written form on all verification matters.
• Work on IPV production queues as per available bandwidth/schedule and consistently deliver on required production metrics & SLAs.
• Demonstrate the ability to self-manage on priority tasks and objectives.
• Work independently and demonstrate sound judgment in ambiguous situations.
• Follow the data wherever it goes and make an accurate decision.
• Conduct difficult, comprehensive investigations and leave detailed, well-reasoned, thoughtful annotations.
