DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a Senior Manager, Product Manager to raise the bar on the seller and vendor experience across Amazon. In this highly visible role, you will build the framework for seller and vendor experience across Amazon including establishing the bar for channel availability, quality and speed across all teams that support our sellers and vendors. You will develop mechanisms to communicate the bar and hold teams accountable for delivery. This role owns high level goals (S-team, Selling Partner Services level) and works across 20+ Senior stakeholders for delivery. Key skills: ability to influence/have backbone at Direct and VP levels using data and anecdotes, strong business judgement, experience building and leading Weekly Business Reviews and Monthly Business Review mechanisms, expertise in process improvements.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 12+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
- 6+ years of team management experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with end to end product delivery
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience engaging and influencing senior executives

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $160,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $265,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
