DESCRIPTION

Want to help build the next generation of Amazon’s grocery program? We are seeking a Sr Manager of Product Management to lead a team of Principal and Sr Product Managers to drive WW Amazon Grocery Omnichannel Customer Experience including services that drive Pickup, 1P store returns, and Cross-program shopping initiatives.

Amazon’s grocery programs offer customers unparalleled convenience at our stores. Customers can opt to pickup groceries up at store, or seamlessly return their items and continue shopping in-store. The WW Amazon Grocery Omnichannel CX team ensures our customers have a seamless experience ordering and fulfilling pickup or returns at our stores. Additionally, we innovate and invent new ways for customers to shop across multiple Grocery programs on Amazon such as Fresh, WFM, Go and Grocery Partners in a seamless way. We continually experiment across these product areas to arrive at the best solutions for customers expecting an ultra fast, dependable grocery service.

A day in the life
As a Senior Manger, there may not be a typical day. One day you may be presenting to VP/SVP leaders, and the next day helping a PM deep dive a customer anecdote and get to an escalation root cause. But what is consistent is always have your team’s goals and progress top of mind, providing the team prioritization clarity, giving quick clear feedback, meeting with key stakeholders to ensure alignment, and looking around corners to anticipate problems that may affect individual or team outcomes.

About the team
The Omnichannel product management team consists of five senior or principal product managers who work with their stakeholders, UX partners, and engineering and quality teams to build better experiences. The team is among five product teams in the broader CX grocery product organization, comprised of senior managers, product managers, and UX designers improving the grocery shopping experience for Amazon customers. We collaborate with the program business teams, fulfillment operations, delivery, and customer service teams.
