Key job responsibilities
- Define and drive the strategic roadmap for the Alexa Shopping Science team, aligning with business objectives and technical requirements.
- Be the Single Point of Contact between Alexa Shopping Science, AGI and delivery teams.
- Manage the end-to-end program lifecycle, including planning, scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
- Collaborate closely with engineering teams, product managers, and stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize initiatives, and ensure successful program execution.
- Identify and mitigate risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks; escalate issues and drive resolution as needed.
- Develop detailed project plans, track progress against milestones, and provide regular status updates to leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Facilitate decision-making processes, driving alignment and consensus across various teams and stakeholders.
- Continuously improve processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance program delivery efficiency and quality.
