DESCRIPTION

AWS Applications and Higher Level Abstractions (Apps) provides horizontal and industry vertical applications for business users with the same on-demand scalability, reliability, pay-as-you-go pricing, and machine learning expertise that drive AWS services. The AWS Applications group includes services such as Amazon Connect (a cost-effective cloud contact center), our End User Computing (including Amazon Workspaces, AppStream, etc.), Marketing Tech (Amazon Pinpoint), and Autonomous Checkout and Biometric Identity Services (Just Walk Out, Amazon One) for retail, sports, travel, and other verticals.

The way the world works has changed. People are working remotely, on the go, and moving from one project to the next. And, they're collaborating across borders, time zones, and organizations. We built Amazon Web Services End User Computing (EUC) services to give companies the agility to respond to the changing needs of their workforce. Our vision is to be the best place for customers to access, deploy, and manage their end user computing resources. We are developing new services that cross several divisions of Amazon, and looking for a skilled Technical Program Manager (TPM) to look around corners to make sure we do not miss solving key customer needs or dependencies. More information about Amazon End- User Computing can be found here: https://aws.amazon.com/products/end-user-computing/

As a Senior TPM in AWS EUC, you will be responsible for scoping and delivering large projects that involve multiple teams, from end-to-end. You will collect business and system requirements, define program outcomes and goals, and build a strong, inclusive partnership with your teammates. You will partner with other AWS teams to tackle opportunities and drive improvements that raise the bar for AWS EUC customers. You will be expected to make appropriate tradeoffs to optimize project delivery, clearly communicate goals, and drive the desired outcomes to cross-functional teams consisting of engineers, product managers, and designers. You will communicate regularly with leaders from multiple AWS organizations, using high-quality documents and artifacts to align on program outcomes. Your work will create clarity in outcomes and priorities for your teammates in AWS EUC.
