Help create the future of video and live shopping with Amazon! We are looking to hire a customer-obsessed, consultative, and data driven technical business development manager within our Creator Partnerships team for Amazon Live, based in Seattle, WA. Creator Partnerships Managers work directly with our Video creators on Amazon and are the primary liaison and relationship owner for our Amazon Live Creators.
As a key member of the Amazon Live Creator Partnerships team, you will play a pivotal role in the growth of Amazon Live and how creators use livestreaming to engage our mutual customers. Our Creator Partnerships managers use their consultative business development skills to support our Creators growth and success with Amazon Live while providing individualized business growth recommendations and opportunities to our Creators that support both our Creators businesses and Amazon Live.

Key job responsibilities
- Manage a book of business of current Amazon Live Creators and support their growth on Amazon Live through consultative sales and strategic business development
- Acquire new content Creators to support the larger Amazon Live program growth
- Negotiate and execute new strategic deals with Creators
- Collect and advocate feedback from Creators cross functionally to influence and prioritize our product roadmaps and strategic businesses
- Own robust individual and team goals around Creator growth
- Work cross-functionally across tech, product, marketing, and finance
- Dive deep on technical aspects of our product to support our Creators

Videos and livestreams make shopping easier and more fun, whether a customer is researching a product or tuning in to chat with their favorite content creator live. The Amazon Shopping Video (ASV) team’s mission is to enable customers to find inspiration, information, entertainment, and community through videos at any point in their shopping journey. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 3+ years of business development or sales experience
- 2+ years working in a Content Creator business
- BA/BS degree or equivalent
- Experience working with strategic partners and closing deals
- Self-starter with excellent listening, verbal, and written communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strong ownership, bias for action, result oriented, and willingness to work in a high paced environment
- Ability to prioritize workload and deliver results against multiple aggressive deadlines in a fast-paced setting
- Excellent organization skills, attention to detail, customer focus, and highly data-driven are musts
- Skilled user of MS Excel and MS Word and CRMs (e.g. Salesforce.com)

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- 5+ years of business development in a creator business
- Knowledge of shoppable video landscape and a belief in the importance of livestreaming in the future consumer’s shopping journey
- Experience working with technical and product stakeholders to define requirements, prioritize features, and influence product roadmaps

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $73,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $177,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
