As an Application Consultant for ServiceNow, you will provide configuration and maintenance support for software product implementation, possessing expertise in both business and technical skills related to specific ServiceNow modules, as well as service management and ITIL processes. You will lead the team in building a ServiceNow strategy based on value vs. effort, preparing cost-benefit models, and contributing to solution design through effort estimation and costing. Your primary responsibilities will include:
• Implement ServiceNow Solutions: Design and configure ServiceNow modules to meet client requirements, ensuring alignment with ITIL processes and service management best practices. This includes tailoring solutions to budget guidelines and negotiating with clients to ensure successful implementation.
• Develop Cost-Benefit Models: Prepare detailed cost-benefit models to inform solution design and effort estimation, considering factors such as value vs. effort and project timelines.
• Lead Team Strategy: Lead the team in developing a ServiceNow strategy, guiding the development of solutions and ensuring adherence to project timelines and budget guidelines.
• Maintain Technical Expertise: Stay up-to-date with various web technologies, such as XML, HTML, and Web Services, as well as technical components like LDAP, VPN, and SSL, to ensure expertise in both business and technical skills.
• Deliver Solution Designs: Contribute to solution design through effort estimation and costing, ensuring that solutions meet client requirements and align with ITIL processes and service management best practices.
This role can be performed from anywhere in the US.
• ServiceNow Module Configuration: Exposure to designing and configuring ServiceNow modules to meet client requirements, ensuring alignment with ITIL processes and service management best practices.
• Cost-Benefit Analysis: Experience working with cost-benefit models to inform solution design and effort estimation, considering factors such as value vs. effort and project timelines.
• Technical Component Knowledge: Exposure to various web technologies, such as XML, HTML, and Web Services, as well as technical components like LDAP, VPN, and SSL.
• ITIL Process Alignment: Experience working with ITIL processes and service management best practices to ensure solutions meet client requirements and align with industry standards.
• Solution Design Development: Exposure to contributing to solution design through effort estimation and costing, ensuring that solutions meet client requirements and align with ITIL processes and service management best practices.
• Advanced Web Technologies: Exposure to various web technologies, such as JSON, CSS, and JavaScript, can be beneficial in enhancing solution designs and configurations.
• Additional ServiceNow Modules: Experience working with other ServiceNow modules, beyond those specified, can be advantageous in providing comprehensive solutions to clients.
• Industry-Specific Knowledge: Familiarity with specific industries, such as healthcare or finance, can be valuable in tailoring solutions to meet unique client needs.

The compensation range and benefits for this position are based on a full-time schedule for a full calendar year. The salary will vary depending on your job-related skills, experience and location. Pay increment and frequency of pay will be in accordance with employment classification and applicable laws. For part time roles, your compensation and benefits will be adjusted to reflect your hours. Benefits may be pro-rated for those who start working during the calendar year.
