Your role and responsibilities

As a Recruiting Services Professional, you will manage all recruiting activities related to attracting, selecting, and hiring candidates for clients. You will proactively engage with clients to understand and plan for current and future hiring demands. Your primary responsibilities will include: • Develop Recruiting Strategies: Define, develop, and implement robust recruiting and sourcing strategies that align with the client's goals and objectives, ensuring a deep understanding of the client's needs, industry, and competitive forces. • Client Engagement: Proactively engage with clients to understand and plan for current and future hiring demands, effectively communicating the client's Employer Value Proposition (EVP) to both the external and internal market. • Talent Process Management: Ensure that talent processes align with agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and business controls, leveraging data to support discussions and implement simplification, innovation, and continuous improvement strategies in delivery. • Team Leadership: Provide work direction, guide employees on various processes, and act as a point of escalation for team members, as needed. • Delivery Optimization: Anticipate and address potential delivery challenges proactively, maintaining client satisfaction and identifying opportunities for improvement.

Required technical and professional expertise

• Exposure to Recruiting Strategies: Experience working with recruiting and sourcing strategies, including defining, developing, and implementing plans that meet client goals and objectives. • Client Relationship Management: Exposure to managing client relationships, including proactive engagement to understand hiring demands and communicating Employer Value Propositions (EVPs) to internal and external markets. • Talent Process Administration: Experience working with talent processes, including ensuring alignment with Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and business controls. • Data-Driven Decision Making: Exposure to leveraging data to support discussions and implement simplification, innovation, and continuous improvement strategies in delivery. • Team Collaboration: Experience working in a team environment, including providing guidance and support to colleagues and escalating issues as needed.

Preferred technical and professional experience

• Data Analysis Tools: Exposure to utilizing data analysis tools to support discussions and implement simplification, innovation, and continuous improvement strategies in delivery, enhancing talent process management and client satisfaction. • Talent Management Systems: Experience working with talent management systems, streamlining talent processes and ensuring alignment with Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and business controls. • Project Management Methodologies: Exposure to applying project management methodologies to proactively anticipate and address potential delivery challenges, maintaining client satisfaction and identifying opportunities for improvement.

The compensation range and benefits for this position are based on a full-time schedule for a full calendar year. The salary will vary depending on your job-related skills, experience and location. Pay increment and frequency of pay will be in accordance with employment classification and applicable laws. For part time roles, your compensation and benefits will be adjusted to reflect your hours. Benefits may be pro-rated for those who start working during the calendar year.
