Your role and responsibilities

As the Strategy Consultant in IBM Consulting, specializing in Enterprise & Cloud Operating Model transformation, you will be at the forefront of driving strategic initiatives for our global clients. Your mission is to partner with clients to redefine their enterprise cloud strategies, aligning complex IT environments with business outcomes. Leveraging deep expertise in hybrid cloud, AI, and emerging technologies, you'll guide enterprises through holistic transformations that encompass IT estate optimization, talent restructuring, and innovative operating models.

In this role, you will:

Provide high-level consultancy across various dimensions of cloud transformation, including IT architecture, data management, security, talent transformation, and operational efficiency.
Serve as the principal point of contact for key clients, ensuring clear communication of strategies, progress, and value delivered, while managing expectations and delivering solutions that exceed client objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and refine strategies for digital transformation, incorporating IBM software, Red Hat, and cloud technologies to create scalable, secure, and efficient IT solutions.

Required education

Bachelor's Degree

Required technical and professional expertise

Proven experience of at least 12+ years in strategy consulting, with a focus on enterprise cloud and operating model transformations from a reputable IT Company / Consulting firm / System Integrator, or similar.
Expertise in hybrid cloud environments, AI technologies, and IT transformation.
Demonstrated success in leading large-scale transformation projects with a focus on reducing costs, optimizing growth, and enhancing market agility.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of an organization.

Preferred technical and professional experience

Experience in leading transformation initiatives within large enterprise environments, including mainframe legacy systems and transactional data.
Proficiency in cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, IBM Cloud) and container technologies such as OpenShift.
