In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.

Your role and responsibilities

As a Package Consultant specializing in SAP UX, you will assist clients in selecting, implementing, and supporting applications across various areas, including SAP BTP, SAP Portal, SAP Fiori, SAP UI5, SAP Mobile Platform (SMP), and SAP Cloud Platform Mobile Services (SCPMs). This role involves working closely with clients to understand their needs and delivering tailored solutions. Your primary responsibilities will include: • Implement SAP Solutions: Assist clients in implementing SAP applications, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and meeting business requirements. • Support Client Needs: Provide ongoing support to clients, addressing their queries and concerns, and delivering high-quality solutions that meet their evolving needs. • Select SAP Applications: Collaborate with clients to select the most suitable SAP applications, considering their business goals, industry trends, and technical requirements. • Deliver Solution Integration: Integrate SAP solutions with other systems, ensuring compatibility and optimal performance. • Maintain Client Relationships: Foster strong relationships with clients, understanding their changing needs and delivering tailored solutions to drive business success.

Preferred technical and professional experience

• SAP Cloud Platform Knowledge: Exposure to SAP Cloud Platform Mobile Services (SCPMs) and SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) is beneficial for this role. • SAP Mobile Platform Familiarity: Familiarity with SAP Mobile Platform (SMP) and its application in mobile services is advantageous. • SAP UI5 and Fiori Understanding: Exposure to SAP UI5 and SAP Fiori, including their integration and application in SAP systems, is desirable.
