Your role and responsibilities

As a seasoned Delivery Manager: Digital Product Engineering, you oversee the end-to-end process of delivering digital products, leveraging broad experience in successfully delivering across different types of engagements. You lead cross-functional collaboration between product, design, and engineering to drive successful product outcomes. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Lead Cross-Functional Collaboration: Oversee project timelines, resources, and stakeholder communication to ensure that product development meets deadlines and quality standards. This involves facilitating collaboration among teams and clients to deliver successful product outcomes.
• Plan and Manage Projects: Develop and execute plans to deliver digital products, managing risks and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Facilitate Stakeholder Communication: Ensure that stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle, providing regular updates and progress reports.
• Drive Successful Product Outcomes: Work closely with product, design, and engineering teams to ensure that product development meets business requirements and quality standards.
• Manage Project Resources: Oversee the allocation and utilization of project resources, ensuring that they are used efficiently and effectively.

Required technical and professional expertise

• Broad Experience in Digital Product Delivery: Deep expertise in successfully delivering digital products across different types of engagements, including experience with various project management methodologies and tools.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Experience leading cross-functional collaboration between product, design, and engineering teams to drive successful product outcomes, including facilitating stakeholder communication and managing project timelines and resources.
• Risk Management and Planning: Experience with planning, risk management, and project execution, including developing and executing plans to deliver digital products on time and within budget.
• Stakeholder Management: Experience managing stakeholder communication and engagement throughout the project lifecycle, including providing regular updates and progress reports.
• Product Development Oversight: Experience overseeing the development of digital products to ensure they meet business requirements and quality standards, including working closely with product, design, and engineering teams.

Preferred technical and professional experience

• Agile Methodologies Knowledge: Familiarity with various agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban, to facilitate efficient project delivery and team collaboration.
• Digital Product Development: Experience with digital product development processes, including design thinking and human-centered design principles, to drive successful product outcomes.
• Project Management Tools: Exposure to project management tools, such as Jira, Asana, or Trello, to plan, track, and manage project timelines and resources.
