Your role and responsibilities

As a seasoned Technical Consultant specializing in Identity & Access Management, you possess extensive experience and expertise in various IAM solutions, product suites, and downstream applications. You leverage in-depth product knowledge, client business understanding, and IAM solution expertise to deliver high-quality IAM solutions tailored to clients' diverse business needs.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

Deliver IAM Solutions: Provide end-to-end user life cycle provisioning, ensuring a least privilege model, and implement single sign-on solutions tailored to clients' business needs.
Analyze and Resolve IAM Issues: Identify and resolve complex IAM issues, utilizing in-depth product knowledge and expertise to provide effective solutions.
Consult on IAM Integration: Offer consulting services to integrate IAM application services with broader application portfolios, contributing to an overall superior security posture for the client.
Advise on IAM Selection and Implementation: Utilize subject matter expertise to advise clients on the selection, implementation, customization, configuration, and production support of IAM security tools and solutions.

Extensive IAM Solution Expertise: Possess deep expertise in various IAM solutions, product suites, and downstream applications, with the ability to deliver high-quality IAM solutions tailored to clients' diverse business needs.
In-Depth Product Knowledge: Leverage in-depth product knowledge, client business understanding, and IAM solution expertise to provide end-to-end user life cycle provisioning, ensuring a least privilege model, and implement single sign-on solutions.
Complex IAM Issue Resolution: Proven experience in analyzing and resolving complex IAM issues, utilizing in-depth product knowledge and expertise to provide effective solutions.
IAM Integration Expertise: Experience with integrating IAM application services with broader application portfolios, contributing to an overall superior security posture for the client.
IAM Selection and Implementation Advisory: Deep expertise in advising clients on the selection, implementation, customization, configuration, and production support of IAM security tools and solutions.
Must have and maintain active DoD Secret clearance

Advanced IAM Product Knowledge: Deep understanding of various IAM product suites and downstream applications, enabling the delivery of tailored solutions.
IAM Solution Customization: Experience with customizing IAM solutions to meet diverse business needs, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
Security Posture Enhancement: Knowledge of security best practices to enhance overall security posture through effective IAM solution implementation.
Federal Identity Credential and Access Management (FICAM): Experience with implementing enterprise ICAM solutions that cover identity governance, credential issuance and lifecycle, MFA, SSO, and fine‑grained authorization, ensuring compliance with OMB, NIST, and related ICAM policy requirements while supporting zero trust and modern digital services (cloud, mobile, external partners, and public users).
DISA Enterprise Identity Credential and Access Management (E-ICAM): Familiarity with DoD ICAM policies and reference designs, plus strong hands‑on experience with enterprise IAM, federation (SAML/OIDC/OAuth2), implementing identity governance/provisioning tools in highly regulated environments, and integrating legacy and modernized applications into modern zero‑trust architectures.

The compensation range and benefits for this position are based on a full-time schedule for a full calendar year. The salary will vary depending on your job-related skills, experience and location. Pay increment and frequency of pay will be in accordance with employment classification and applicable laws. For part time roles, your compensation and benefits will be adjusted to reflect your hours. Benefits may be pro-rated for those who start working during the calendar year.
