In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.

Your role and responsibilities

As a Package Consultant specializing in SAP HANA Master Data Governance, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and governing master data management solutions using SAP HANA and related tools. Your expertise will enable clients to establish a single, trusted source of master data, ensuring data consistency, accuracy, and compliance across the organization. Your primary responsibilities will include: • Design Master Data Solutions: Design solutions to meet clients' master data requirements, leveraging SAP HANA and master data governance tools to ensure data consistency and accuracy. • Implement Master Data Governance: Implement master data governance solutions using SAP HANA, working closely with clients to understand their needs and ensure seamless integration. • Deliver Client Solutions: Collaborate with clients to deliver tailored master data management solutions, ensuring compliance and data quality across the organization. • Govern Master Data: Establish and maintain effective master data governance processes, ensuring data consistency and accuracy across the organization. • Support Client Needs: Work closely with clients to understand their evolving master data requirements, providing ongoing support and solution optimization.

• Exposure to Master Data Management: Experience working with master data management solutions, including designing and implementing data governance processes to ensure data consistency and accuracy. • SAP HANA Implementation: Exposure to implementing SAP HANA solutions, including leveraging its capabilities to meet clients' master data requirements and ensure seamless integration. • Data Governance Tools: Experience working with master data governance tools, including using them to establish and maintain effective data governance processes. • Data Quality and Compliance: Exposure to ensuring data quality and compliance across an organization, including understanding regulatory requirements and industry standards. • Solution Design and Delivery: Experience working on designing and delivering tailored solutions to meet clients' needs, including collaborating with stakeholders to ensure successful implementation.

Preferred technical and professional experience

• Master Data Integration Knowledge: Exposure to integrating master data management solutions with other systems and applications, including understanding data formats and interfaces. • Advanced SAP HANA Skills: Experience working with advanced SAP HANA features, including data modeling, data warehousing, and business intelligence. • Industry-Specific Regulations: Exposure to industry-specific regulations and standards related to master data management, including understanding compliance requirements and best practices.
