Your role and responsibilities
As a Developer at IBM, you'll work with clients to co-create solutions to major real-world challenges by using best practice technologies, tools, techniques, and products to translate system requirements into the design and development of customized systems. In your role, you may be responsible for:
- Design, develop, and implement solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) to meet client requirements.
- Collaborate with senior developers and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Power Platform solutions with existing systems.
- Develop and maintain prioritization reports and dashboards to support business decision-making.
- Apply best practices for application lifecycle management, security, and performance optimization within Power Platform.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring high-quality deliverables and client satisfaction.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and deliver technical documentation.

Required technical and professional expertise
- Microsoft Power Platform Expertise – Strong experience in Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI development.
- Dataverse and Integration – Hands-on experience with Dataverse and integrating Power Platform with external systems (APIs, connectors).
- UI/UX Design Principles – Ability to create user-friendly and visually appealing applications.
- Problem-Solving & Debugging – Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot and optimize solutions.
- Excellent Communication Skills – Ability to interact with clients and teams effectively, both verbally and in writing.
Preferred technical and professional experience
- Knowledge of SharePoint Online and its integration with Power Platform.
- Familiarity with PowerShell scripting for administrative tasks.
- Understanding of Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
- Exposure to AI Builder and advanced Power BI analytics.
