This role covers supporting activities related to Order Management, Returns, Disputes, and Credit Management.
Individuals in this position interact with internal and external stakeholders and are responsible for maintaining strong relationships, taking ownership of problem and dispute resolution, accurately handling processing and transaction requirements, applying effective research techniques, and promoting client satisfaction and sales productivity.
They execute defined business processes in alignment with business controls to achieve organizational objectives.
The employee prioritizes tasks and selects the most effective approach.
