Your Role and Responsibilities
In this position you will play a crucial role in managing organizational change. Key responsibilities include:

  • Develop Comprehensive Change Strategies: Create and implement strategies and plans to facilitate employee adoption of new systems, processes, or organizational changes.
  • Stakeholder Assessment: Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to assess the impact of proposed changes on various departments and functions within the organization.
  • Leadership Alignment: Ensure alignment with company goals by guiding cross-functional teams in executing change initiatives. Leadership alignment is essential for successful change management, as it balances consistency with compassion during transitions.


Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Experience in project management, business analysis, or other related fields that involve managing change.
  • Experience in organizational development or project management
  • Proficiency in change management approaches, instruments, and procedures, and experience in leading organizations through all phases of change, from preparation and execution to assessment and monitoring.
  • Strong communication skills, the ability to engage stakeholders, and strategic planning capabilities.


Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Psychology, Information Technology, or a related field
