Your role and responsibilities

Buscamos una persona meticulosa, organizada y autónoma para apoyar nuestra operación de Order to Cash (O2C), principalmente en aplicación de pagos y liberación de pedidos. Es un cargo operativo que requiere precisión, revisión cuidadosa de la información y disciplina para mantener altos estándares de calidad en actividades recurrentes.

Required technical and professional expertise

  • Conocimientos o experiencia en procesos de Order to Cash, como facturación, aplicación de pagos, cartera o cuentas por cobrar.

  • Manejo de SAP para consultar y gestionar información transaccional.

  • Buen dominio de Excel, incluyendo tablas dinámicas, funciones de búsqueda y cruces y validación de información.

  • Atención rigurosa al detalle y capacidad para detectar inconsistencias antes de completar una transacción.

  • Organización y constancia para ejecutar actividades recurrentes con precisión y productividad.

  • Autonomía para priorizar tareas, resolver problemas y dar seguimiento a los pendientes.

  • Comunicación clara y orientación al servicio al cliente.

  • Mentalidad de crecimiento, apertura a la retroalimentación e interés por la innovación y la mejora continua.

Preferred technical and professional experience

  • Experiencia en aplicación de pagos y apoyo a la liberación de pedidos en SAP.

  • Experiencia en centros de servicios compartidos o empresas de BPO.

  • Familiaridad con herramientas de automatización y mejora de procesos.
