Your role and responsibilities

Buscamos un analista contable de nivel intermedio, con experiencia práctica en SAP, para apoyar los procesos de contabilidad general, activos fijos, reportes y auditoría. Esta posición requiere capacidad analítica, atención al detalle y autonomía para ejecutar las actividades asignadas y asegurar información contable precisa y oportuna.

Required technical and professional expertise

  • Profesional en Contaduría Pública.

  • Experiencia de nivel intermedio en contabilidad general y procesos de Record to Report (R2R).

  • Manejo práctico de SAP obligatorio y excluyente, con experiencia directa en generación de documentos contables y consulta y extracción de reportes.

  • Conocimientos y experiencia en procesos de activos fijos y depreciación en SAP.

  • Experiencia en generación y validación de reportes de impuestos.

  • Conocimientos en preparación de reportes contables para consolidación financiera.

  • Experiencia en conciliaciones, cierres contables y atención de requerimientos de auditoría.

  • Buen dominio de Excel para analizar, cruzar y validar información contable.

  • Atención rigurosa al detalle y habilidades analíticas para identificar inconsistencias.

  • Organización y autonomía para gestionar pendientes y cumplir fechas de cierre.

  • Criterio para resolver incidencias habituales y escalar oportunamente los casos que requieran revisión.

  • Disposición para trabajar en equipo, aprender y proponer mejoras.

  • Deseable experiencia en centros de servicios compartidos o empresas de BPO.

Preferred technical and professional experience

• Fixed Assets Management: Exposure to managing and maintaining fixed assets, including tracking and recording asset movements and disposals.

• Financial Forecasting Tools: Experience working with tools and techniques used for financial forecasting, including analyzing trends and predicting future financial outcomes.

• Key Performance Indicators: Exposure to developing and tracking key performance indicators to measure financial performance and inform decision-making.
