Your role and responsibilities

As a seasoned Delivery Consultant for Data Integration and Data Intelligence, you will play a pivotal role in implementing, installing, and upgrading solutions that drive business value for our clients. Your expertise will enable customers to seamlessly transition to production, leveraging the full potential of our data platform.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Implement Solutions: Design, develop, and deliver data integration and intelligence solutions that meet customer needs, ensuring seamless implementation and upgrade processes.

• Educate Customers: Provide expert guidance and training to customers, empowering them to effectively utilize our data platform and drive business outcomes.

• Support Production Transition: Collaborate with customers to ensure a smooth transition to production, addressing any technical or operational challenges that may arise.

• Drive Solution Adoption: Foster strong relationships with customers, understanding their business needs and identifying opportunities to drive adoption and growth.

• Data Integration Expertise: Deep expertise in designing, developing, and delivering data integration and intelligence solutions that meet customer needs, ensuring seamless implementation and upgrade processes.

• Technical Implementation Skills: Experience with implementing, installing, and upgrading data platform solutions, with a focus on driving business value for clients.

• Customer Education Experience: Experience in providing expert guidance and training to customers, empowering them to effectively utilize data platforms and drive business outcomes.

• Production Transition Management: Experience in collaborating with customers to ensure a smooth transition to production, addressing any technical or operational challenges that may arise.

• Solution Adoption Strategies: Deep expertise in fostering strong relationships with customers, understanding their business needs, and identifying opportunities to drive adoption and growth.

Preferred technical and professional experience

• Data Platform Optimization: Deep expertise in optimizing data platform solutions to drive business value for clients, ensuring seamless implementation and upgrade processes.

• Advanced Technical Implementation: Experience with implementing, installing, and upgrading complex data platform solutions, with a focus on driving business outcomes.

• Business Outcome Alignment: Deep expertise in aligning data integration and intelligence solutions with customer business needs, identifying opportunities to drive adoption and growth.
