In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting FutureNow Centers, where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.

Your role and responsibilities

Als Enterprise Architekt (f/m/x) übernimmst Du eine zentrale Rolle in einem anspruchsvollen Kundenprojekt und bist das strategische Bindeglied zwischen dem Business und der IT unseres Kunden. Du arbeitest direkt beim Kunden vor Ort und gestaltest aktiv dessen Unternehmensarchitektur mit. Du stellst sicher, dass Technologieentscheidungen nachhaltig, skalierbar und eng an den Geschäftszielen des Kunden ausgerichtet sind. Mit Deinem Weitblick und Deiner Beratungskompetenz hilfst Du dabei, komplexe IT-Landschaften zu strukturieren und zukunftssicher weiterzuentwickeln.

  • Architektur-Governance beim Kunden: Du definierst und pflegst übergreifende Architekturprinzipien, -standards und -richtlinien im Kundenumfeld und stellst deren konsequente Umsetzung über alle relevanten Projektbereiche und Teams des Kunden hinweg sicher
  • Domänenarchitektur: Du entwirfst und verantwortest die fachliche Domänenstruktur innerhalb der Kundenprojektlandschaft, identifizierst Abhängigkeiten zwischen Domänen und förderst eine klare Trennung von Verantwortlichkeiten auf Kundenseite
  • Applikationsarchitektur: Du bewertest die bestehende Anwendungslandschaft des Kunden, leitest Optimierungspotenziale ab und begleitest die Einführung sowie Weiterentwicklung von Applikationen entlang der definierten Zielarchitektur
  • SAP-Strategie im Projektkontext: Du berätst den Kunden auf High-Level-Ebene zu SAP-Architekturen (inkl. S/4HANA) und stellst die nahtlose Integration von SAP-Lösungen in die Gesamtarchitektur des Kunden sicher
  • Stakeholder-Management auf Kundenseite: Du arbeitest eng mit den Business-Verantwortlichen, IT-Führungskräften und Projektteams des Kunden zusammen, kommunizierst Architekturentscheidungen klar und verständlich und agierst als vertrauenswürdiger Ansprechpartner auf allen Ebenen

Wir bieten dir neben spannenden Projekten flexible Arbeitszeiten und ein modernes Umfeld. Außerdem erhältst du eine überkollektivvertragliche Entlohnung ab 77.000€ brutto/Jahr für 38,5 Stunden/Woche, mit Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung abhängig von deiner Qualifikation und Erfahrung. Required technical and professional expertise
  • Mehrjährige relevante Berufserfahrung: Du verfügst über mehrere Jahre Erfahrung in einer Architekturrolle – idealerweise mit Erfahrung in der Beratung oder in der Arbeit in komplexen Kundenprojekten mit hoher Eigenverantwortung
  • SAP-Kenntnisse: Du besitzt fundiertes Wissen über SAP-Systemlandschaften, idealerweise mit Erfahrung in SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP oder vergleichbaren SAP-Produkten auf konzeptioneller und strategischer Ebene, und kannst dieses Wissen zielgerichtet in Kundenprojekten einsetzen
  • Architektur-Frameworks: Du kennst gängige Frameworks wie TOGAF, ArchiMate oder Zachman und kannst diese pragmatisch und situationsgerecht im jeweiligen Kundenkontext anwenden
  • Technologisches Breitenwissen: Du hast ein solides Verständnis moderner Technologien wie Cloud-Architekturen, Microservices, API-Management und Integrationsplattformen und kannst diese im Rahmen der Kundenstrategie sinnvoll positionieren und bewerten
  • Beratungskompetenz & Kommunikation: Du bringst ausgeprägte analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten mit, kannst komplexe Sachverhalte klar und adressatengerecht aufbereiten und hast nachweisliche Erfahrung darin, in einem Kundenumfeld souverän aufzutreten, Vertrauen aufzubauen und interdisziplinäre Teams sowie das Top-Management zu überzeugen
  • Sprachkenntnisse: Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse (mind. C1-Niveau) sowie sichere Englischkenntnisse sind zwingend erforderlich
