In order to be considered, your application must clearly explain how you meet the following (essential qualifications)

You must have either one of the following:
A university degree in a field related to the position, such as (but not limited to) Computer Science, Computer/Electrical/Software Engineering, Network Computing, or Network Telecommunications; or a college diploma in a field related to the position.
An acceptable combination of education (professional certification) in a field related to the position (as above), and relevant experience.

Note: The educational program must be recognized in Canada, and you must be able to provide proof of education credentials. Students graduating within the next twelve months are eligible to apply.

Degree equivalency

Experience in designing, building, implementing, testing, integrating, troubleshooting, managing, or monitoring enterprise class networks in one or more of the following:

Enterprise wired and wireless Networking including those utilizing L2/L3 protocols such as OSPF, BGP, MPLS, VPLS, VXLAN, VRF, VPN, IPSEC, MACSEC
WAN/Optical technologies - DWDM, ROADM
Wired and wireless Software Defined Access Networking, network fabrics, overlay and underlay networks, virtualization technologies
Security related protocols and network access control utilizing 802.1x, endpoint profiling technologies, EAP-FAST, EAP-TLS
DDI (DHCP, DNS, IP Address Management)
Enterprise Application Load balancers
Centrally managed Network Access Control (NAC)
Software Defined Data Centre Networking
Various Network security devices such as Enterprise firewalls, proxies, ACLs, VPN, and other security related protocols
Private and Public Cloud Networking – cloud networking administration and security best practices, including compute, virtual networks, firewalls, network security groups, on-prem connections, CLI and automation
Scripting/Automation – languages and tools such as Terraform, Bash, Ansible, PowerShell, Python, JavaScript, REST API, Git/GitHub/Bitbucket
