Job Skills / Requirements

We are currently hiring an Administrator, Training and Compliance based out of Winnipeg Airport.

You will use your advanced organizational and administrations skills to support the high-volume training data updates and reporting through:

  • Maintaining User Profiles created in CATSA User Portal (CUP) for Screening and Non-Screening Personnel. Administering CATSA and Paladin LMS Systems
  • Programming Compliance Codes for Training, Certification, Clearances, and Experience within Paladin’s Employee Resource Planning (ERP) Software.
  • Running Reports at request of Training & Onboarding Manager to support forecasting and general maintenance of Training & Development Schedules.
  • Maintaining physical and electronic training files, including third-party certifications, security clearances, NTCP assessments, tests/exams, and OJT Forms.
  • Perform searches of training documentation and facilitate sharing with CATSA upon request or audit.
  • Provide basic troubleshooting to Screening and Non-Screening Personnel in relation to how to use various training systems in coordination with Paladin’s IT Help Desk Portal.

What you bring to PASS:

  • You are a valid RAIC holder or are able to obtain your Transport Security Clearance (upon successful hire)
  • You are 18 or older.
  • You have a clear criminal background record.
  • You have a minimum 1-year experience in a similar role.
  • You have fluency in English, verbal and written (French considered an asset)
  • You are able to effectively and collaboratively work in a team environment.
  • You have a demonstrated ability to communicate well across various audiences and stakeholders with diplomacy, tact and confidentiality.
  • You are proficient with MS Office Suite and ideally have experience using a Learning Management System.
  • You have a keen eye for detail and hold yourself accountable to high standards.
  • You thrive in high volume, fast paced and evolving environment.
  • Ability to flex work schedule to meet operational requirements in a 365, 24/7 operation
