Key job responsibilities

- Lead, develop, and manage a team of 100+ associates and multiple Area Managers
- Drive performance management, coaching, and career development initiatives
- Implement effective staffing strategies and workforce planning
- Foster a positive work culture and maintain high team engagement


A day in the life
- Own end-to-end inbound operations including receiving, stowing, and inventory control
- Achieve productivity targets while maintaining quality and safety standards
- Develop and implement process improvements to optimize operational efficiency
- Manage critical metrics including dock-to-stock time, inventory accuracy, and productivity
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth material flow
